INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONFERENCE PRE-REGISTRATION
 
We look forward to our 25th annual MIEA Conference and are pleased you will be joining us.  Please take a moment to read through these instructions before completing registration materials.
 
PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS: September 30, 2009
 
**PLEASE NOTE:  MEAL TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY
 
There are three ways to register for the conference:

3) On-site registration - Conference Center Lobby
Tuesday October 6, 2009    7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday October 7, 2009      8:00 - 11:15 a.m. and 1:30 - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday October 8, 2009   8:00 - 11:15 a.m. and 1:30 -  4:00 p.m.
 
**PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE MEAL TICKETS ON-SITE.  
 
FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
MIEA membership for one year, conference sessions and materials, luncheons on Wednesday and Thursday and the awards banquet on Thursday evening
 
          MEAL COSTS ARE INCLUDED WITHIN CONFERENCE PRE-REGISTRATION FEES
          There will be no refunds
         
All organizations with outstanding accounts will not be allowed to register for the conference

Lodging Information
      A credit card will hold your room until 10 pm the first night of your stay.
      All reservations will be cancelled if  "no show" on the first night, check in 3 pm, check out 11am
      Guests are responsible for any damages to their room.
