The Minnesota Indian Education Association invites you to submit a workshop proposal for the Twenty-fifth Annual Minnesota Indian Education Association Conference.
PROPOSAL SUMMARY MUST INCLUDE:
1. Title of workshop.
2. Name, title, institution, address, and phone number of all workshop presenters.
3. An abstract (50 words) suitable for publication in conference program This abstract
will be included in the conference program.
4. Presenters must be willing to do 2 sessions.
PROGRAM EVALUATION CRITERIA:
The space and schedule for workshops is limited; therefore, workshops will be judged and selected according to coherence, conciseness, and relativity to the conference theme:
"25 Years of Woven Dreams: Bridging Our Past Into The Future"
Each presentation will be approximately 75 minutes in length.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are unable to offer an honorarium to the presenters. Presenters do not have to pay the registration fee for the conference, but will be responsible to pay for meal costs. Meals have to be pre ordered, the cost is $55.00.
MIEA Board of Directors are required to register for the conference.
The Minnesota Indian Education Association and community volunteers do not receive any compensation for their services. They are committed to the betterment of Indian education and donate their time, energy and skills.
