CONFERENCE LODGING INFORMATION
* Lodging arrangements are to be made on your own.
* A block of rooms has been set aside for MIEA at a special rate plus tax. Reservations must be made on or before September 30, 2009. After this date, the special rate will no longer be available.
*Please make your lodging arrangements by calling 1-800-453-7827, request the MIEA rate.
* A credit card will hold your room until 10:00 PM the first night of your stay.
* All reservations will be cancelled if "no show" on the first night. Check in is 3:00 PM, check out at 11:00 AM.
*Guests are responsible for any damage to their room.
